Your camera and surroundings

Ghosty App uses your camera and ARKit's on-device spatial processing to show your surroundings and position fictional ghosts. The app does not save or upload camera photos, video, or room maps. It does not request microphone, photo-library, contacts, or geographic-location access.

Progress stored on your device

Your caught-ghost count, caught-ghost identifiers, enabled packs, and settings are saved locally on your iPhone so they are available when you reopen the app. Ghosty App has no developer-operated server or cloud-sync service. Local data remains until you delete the app's data; your device's backup settings may retain a separate copy.

No accounts, ads, or tracking

No account is needed. The app has no advertising, developer-added analytics, tracking identifiers, or third-party data-collection SDKs. The app does not send us your camera content or gameplay history. We do not sell your personal information. Apple may separately process App Store or diagnostic information according to your Apple settings and Apple's privacy policy.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate the issue, and manage your request. Our email service processes the correspondence to deliver and store it; support information is not used for advertising.

We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to resolve and follow up on your request, or to meet legal obligations. You can contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information or photos of people and private spaces.

This website

This static website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request information, which may include your IP address, browser information, and requested URLs, to deliver and protect the site. Its processing and retention are described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We do not add website analytics, advertising cookies, contact forms, or third-party fonts. Hosting providers may use necessary security mechanisms. The app does not send gameplay or camera data to this website.

Your choices

You can withdraw camera permission in iOS Settings at any time; the AR hunt requires that permission to work. To remove locally saved progress and settings, use iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Ghosty App → Delete App. Offloading the app preserves its data. Manage device and iCloud backups separately through your Apple settings.

The app does not share personal data with third parties. Information provided through support or website visits is limited to the purposes described above. For privacy questions or requests about support correspondence, use the contact details in the support section.

Children and privacy

The app works without accounts or developer collection of camera or gameplay data. We do not ask players to provide personal details in the app. If a child needs help, a parent or guardian should contact support on their behalf and avoid sending unnecessary information about the child.

We may update this policy when the app or our services change. The date above identifies the latest version. Please use the support contact for privacy questions or requests.
